No. Home Assets does not require a username, password or separate account.
Asset records, photos, placement photos and invoice attachments are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to the developer.
The App contains no advertising or cross-app tracking. Home Assets does not use analytics to monitor your home-inventory records, photos, invoices, searches, reports or exports. RevenueCat may process limited purchase-related service analytics for subscription operation.
The Free plan supports up to 10 assets and includes the core App features.
Pro includes unlimited assets, invoice image or PDF attachments, QR batch PDF export, reports and CSV export, together with any other premium features shown in the App.
Pro may be purchased Monthly, Annually or through a Lifetime one-time purchase. Current pricing, billing periods and any available offer details are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase.
Open the App’s plan or settings screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the original eligible purchase.
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select Home Assets and follow the displayed cancellation options.
Purchases and refund requests are handled by the App Store under its applicable policies. Home Assets does not directly process payment-card refunds.
Your records are not intentionally deleted. If you have more than 10 assets, the App may prevent creation of additional assets until you renew or reduce the asset count.
It is a one-time Pro purchase for the supported lifetime of the App. It does not guarantee that every feature or operating-system version will remain available forever.
Camera access is used to take asset or placement photos, scan Home Assets QR labels and scan supported product barcodes.
Photo access is used only when you choose an existing image for an asset or placement record.
Pro users can attach an invoice image or PDF to an asset record and open it later through the asset detail view.
EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-E, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, PDF417, ITF-14, DataMatrix and QR are supported.
Each asset receives a unique QR code. Open the Scan tab and point the camera at a Home Assets QR label to open the matching asset.
QR Only, Text Below, Text Right and Text Left. These layouts can be used with the App's label-size presets, including thermal-label printer presets such as Niimbot, Dymo, Brother and Zebra.

Presets are included for thermal and label printers such as Niimbot, Dymo, Brother and Zebra, plus common generic label sizes. Choosing a preset fills in the label dimensions so the QR layout can be exported for that printer size.
